Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealertrack FI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve application and product issues
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and accurately log customer information in the CRM tool
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to address client concerns and ensure proper follow-up on issue status


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Ability to accommodate flexible work schedules and extended hours as needed
  • Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems is preferred
