Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealertrack FI).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve application and product issues
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and accurately log customer information in the CRM tool
- Facilitate communication with other departments to address client concerns and ensure proper follow-up on issue status
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
- Ability to accommodate flexible work schedules and extended hours as needed
- Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems is preferred
