Job Summary
Working remotely within the Kansas Central Timezone, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will provide technical support to customers via phone and email, addressing application and product issues while ensuring exceptional service from inception to resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer application and product issues through various communication methods
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of product usage and provide training on standard operational procedures
- Log customer information accurately in the CRM tool and facilitate communication with other departments as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance issues
- Flexibility to accommodate extended hours and weekend shifts as needed
- Experience with CRM case logging and customer interaction distribution systems is preferred
