Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will handle incoming technical support requests, respond to customer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage escalated technical support requests and serve as a customer care agent for assigned products
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, documenting inquiries and follow-up actions
  • Build relationships with customer representatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM case logging and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with SQL or XML for investigating customer issues is preferred
