Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will handle incoming technical support requests, respond to customer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage escalated technical support requests and serve as a customer care agent for assigned products
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, documenting inquiries and follow-up actions
- Build relationships with customer representatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM case logging and Salesforce
- Familiarity with SQL or XML for investigating customer issues is preferred
