Job Summary
Providing technical customer support remotely, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure satisfaction with products and services during flexible hours, including rotational Saturdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical support requests escalated by front-line support and serve as a customer care agent for assigned clients
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries, documenting issues and following up on status to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and procedural challenges
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification beyond HSD/GED with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently, as well as within a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with HTML and CSS
- Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
