Job Summary

Providing technical customer support remotely, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure satisfaction with products and services during flexible hours, including rotational Saturdays.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming technical support requests escalated by front-line support and serve as a customer care agent for assigned clients
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries, documenting issues and following up on status to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Build relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and procedural challenges
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification beyond HSD/GED with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently, as well as within a team
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
