Job Summary

Supporting a remote technical call center, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist I will manage client interactions via phone and email, addressing product usage questions and technical support issues for the Dealertrack family of products.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle routine customer inquiries and technical support issues related to Dealertrack products
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and accurately log customer information in the CRM system
  • Facilitate communication between the Support Team and other departments to resolve cases efficiently
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Experience with CRM case logging and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Availability to accommodate flexible work schedules, including weekends and extended hours as needed
