Job Summary
Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction with company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support requests escalated by front-line support
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online, addressing routine to moderately complex questions
- Document and report on customer inquiries, follow up on issue status, and build relationships with customer representatives and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification beyond HSD/GED with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in customer support or related fields
- Proficiency in documenting and reporting customer inquiries and resolutions
