Job Summary
Working remotely within a commutable distance to specified hub locations, the full-time Technical Customer Care Specialist will manage client interactions via phone and email, providing technical support for Dealertrack products while maintaining expert-level knowledge and logging customer information accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Handle routine customer inquiries related to product usage and technical support issues
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack Solutions and accurately log customer information in the CRM system
- Facilitate communication between the Support Team and other departments to resolve customer cases efficiently
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance and functionality issues
- Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems is preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed
