Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by taking calls, understanding their needs, and providing solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems to manage a high volume of incoming calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to create positive experiences for customers

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience
  • High-speed broadband internet access with specific speed requirements
  • Strong computer knowledge and ability to type at least 30 wpm accurately
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with discipline and motivation
