Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide technical support
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to technology and devices
  • Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience
  • High-speed broadband internet access meeting specific speed requirements
  • Previous Contact Center or work from home experience preferred
