Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor for a remote position.

- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing solutions
Required Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience
- High-speed broadband internet access meeting specific speed requirements
- Previous Contact Center or work from home experience preferred
