Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Technical/Customer Service Agent for a Cybersecurity Company (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and address support chats, calls, and emails from customers
  • Take ownership of issues and ensure effective resolution or escalation
  • Document solutions for the Knowledgebase and assist in troubleshooting customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; post high school education preferred
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, or MCP are highly desired
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable computer with at least an i5 processor and stable high-speed internet connection
