Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant - Technical Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for the Common Language Suite of Products
- Monitor incoming customer communications and manage trouble tickets from creation to closure
- Identify process improvements and implement methodologies for positive change
Required Qualifications
- BA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience desired
- Experience with Service Now is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across various products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
