Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant - Technical Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for the Common Language Suite of Products
  • Monitor incoming customer communications and manage trouble tickets from creation to closure
  • Identify process improvements and implement methodologies for positive change


Required Qualifications
  • BA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience desired
  • Experience with Service Now is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across various products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
