Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information and process related inquiries
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and resolve toll charge disputes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
