  • Process tolls, violations, and related inquiries
  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
