Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume technical tolling services program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to toll accounts, payments, disputes, and application status
- Work with suspended accounts and accurately document service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- At least six months of customer service experience; call center experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
