Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer care in a structured, remote environment, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume interactions through phone, email, and web chat, focusing on toll account inquiries and dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information while processing tolls and related inquiries
- Resolve toll charge disputes and assist customers with congestion pricing questions
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently and collaborate with internal departments to ensure complete issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
