Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer care remotely, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume customer interactions through various channels, including phone and web chat, while supporting a tolling services program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update toll account information, process tolls, and resolve disputes
  • Assist customers with congestion pricing questions and guide them through application status checks
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and document service requests accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
