Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer care, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume tolling service inquiries through various communication channels while providing accurate and empathetic support remotely from PA, TX, or VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update toll account information and process tolls, violations, and related inquiries
  • Resolve toll charge disputes and assist with congestion pricing questions
  • Manage inbound inquiries professionally and collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Basic to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
