Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer care in a structured remote environment, the full-time Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume inquiries related to toll account information, process tolls and violations, and resolve customer disputes while ensuring accurate and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update toll account information and assist with related inquiries
  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and educate customers on account maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
