Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer care in a structured call center environment, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume inquiries related to toll account information, process tolls and disputes, and provide guidance through various customer interactions while working remotely from PA, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information, process tolls and violations, and resolve disputes
- Assist customers with congestion pricing questions and guide them through application status checks
- Manage inbound inquiries professionally while collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Professional demeanor with strict adherence to attendance and scheduling requirements
