Job Summary
To support a high-volume tolling services program, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone and email, while providing accurate and empathetic support to resolve inquiries and disputes remotely from PA, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information, process tolls, and resolve disputes
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and guide customers through application status checks
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
