Job Summary
To support a high-volume tolling services program, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer care through various communication channels, manage account inquiries, and resolve toll charge disputes while working remotely from PA, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information, processing tolls and related inquiries
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
