Job Summary
To support a high-volume tolling services program, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer care through various communication channels while managing account inquiries and resolving disputes remotely from PA, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information, processing tolls and resolving charge disputes
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries professionally and assist customers with application status checks
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
