Job Summary
To support a high-volume tolling services program, the full-time hourly Technical Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer care through various communication channels, manage account inquiries, and resolve disputes while working remotely from PA, TX, or VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update toll account information, process tolls, and resolve charge disputes
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and educate customers on account maintenance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Professional demeanor with strict adherence to attendance and scheduling requirements
