Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer care through various communication channels while managing high volumes of inquiries related to toll services and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating toll account information and processing related inquiries
- Resolving toll charge disputes and assisting with congestion pricing questions
- Managing inbound inquiries professionally and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
