Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to provide technical customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases
- Perform routine call center activities regarding business products and services
- Gather information to maintain up-to-date customer profiles and accounts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service work experience
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of desktop and portable devices, relational databases, SSL, and/or servers
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
