Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to provide technical customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and resolve issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases
  • Perform routine call center activities regarding business products and services
  • Gather information to maintain up-to-date customer profiles and accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service work experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Knowledge of desktop and portable devices, relational databases, SSL, and/or servers
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
