Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the Expert platform based on customer requirements and assist in developing customizations
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements, document them, and provide technical information
- Review and work on technical support cases from customers until resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging the Expert Application
- Excellent knowledge of HTTP requests and modern authentication standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
- Deep understanding of SSO patterns, browser security, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
- Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment
