Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the Expert platform based on customer requirements and assist in developing customizations
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements, document them, and provide technical information
  • Review and work on technical support cases from customers until resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging the Expert Application
  • Excellent knowledge of HTTP requests and modern authentication standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
  • Deep understanding of SSO patterns, browser security, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
  • Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment
