Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Authorization Lead to oversee the success of their Intake Authorization Suite implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own implementation outcomes and long-term success for the Intake Authorization Suite, guiding efficient and robust implementations
  • Serve as a player-coach to the Technical Customer Success team, balancing technical leadership with team development
  • Drive time-to-value for customers by designing repeatable implementation templates and refining onboarding workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with APIs and/or FHIR integrations
  • Ability to mentor team members and resolve complex technical issues as a senior escalation point
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency
