Job Summary
As the first Technical Customer Success Manager in a full-time remote position based on the US East Coast, the successful candidate will architect and implement the Technical Customer Success strategy, serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, and leverage AI technologies to optimize workflows and product feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement the entire Technical Customer Success strategy and operational workflows for the US market
- Integrate advanced AI technologies to build smarter, automated internal workflows and optimize product feedback loops
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for US clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal deployment of AI agents
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering within the Cybersecurity sector
- Practical experience working with modern AI technologies and optimizing development workflows
- Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong ownership mentality, highly independent, and capable of executing high-level strategy and tactical tasks
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
