Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with the Customer Experience teams to ensure positive outcomes
  • Define successful adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value from the solutions offered
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on automated engagement techniques
  • Strong understanding of complex technology environments
  • Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies is preferred
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for technology and customer success
