Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring adoption, performance, and growth
  • Collaborate with customer product and engineering teams to design, deploy, and optimize solutions
  • Drive measurable outcomes across KPIs, troubleshoot integration challenges, and advocate for customer priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Technical CSM or similar
  • Proven success in managing enterprise customer relationships and driving growth
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and debugging workflows
  • Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and guide customers effectively
