Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring adoption, performance, and growth
- Collaborate with customer product and engineering teams to design, deploy, and optimize solutions
- Drive measurable outcomes across KPIs, troubleshoot integration challenges, and advocate for customer priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Technical CSM or similar
- Proven success in managing enterprise customer relationships and driving growth
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and debugging workflows
- Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and guide customers effectively
