Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and lead onboarding and adoption processes
  • Provide technical guidance for integration setups across various environments
  • Run quarterly business reviews for strategic customers and partner with sales for expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Engineering, or DevOps
  • Experience with cloud and enterprise infrastructure, including Kubernetes, AWS, and VMware
  • Ability to create and iterate processes effectively
  • Strong execution and follow-through capabilities
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
