Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers and lead onboarding and adoption processes
- Provide technical guidance for integration setups across various environments
- Run quarterly business reviews for strategic customers and partner with sales for expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Engineering, or DevOps
- Experience with cloud and enterprise infrastructure, including Kubernetes, AWS, and VMware
- Ability to create and iterate processes effectively
- Strong execution and follow-through capabilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
