Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with 30-60 paying customers to ensure their retention and growth
  • Monitor product usage and revenue data to proactively address customer health and concerns
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the wider team, ensuring responsiveness to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Comfortable reading and occasionally writing code, particularly in SQL, JavaScript, and Python
  • Understanding of product team dynamics and feature shipping processes
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to help users effectively utilize the product
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks for around 40 customers
  • Experience with developer tools or product analytics is a plus
