Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience from onboarding through post-go-live and renewal
  • Coordinate onboarding roadmaps and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
  • Drive adoption of Shopware features and support renewal efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting
  • Strong ecommerce technology background
  • Experience coordinating with customers, agencies, and technology partners
  • Proven success managing implementations with fixed go-live dates
  • Experience with leading ecommerce platforms and common ecommerce integrations is a plus
