Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience from onboarding through post-go-live and renewal
- Coordinate onboarding roadmaps and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Drive adoption of Shopware features and support renewal efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting
- Strong ecommerce technology background
- Experience coordinating with customers, agencies, and technology partners
- Proven success managing implementations with fixed go-live dates
- Experience with leading ecommerce platforms and common ecommerce integrations is a plus
