Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (Creator Economy).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of creators, providing technical partnership and support
- Troubleshoot complex platform configurations and guide customers through technical implementation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and improve technical workflows
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions, or SaaS implementation roles
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation logic
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and support customers through platform configuration
- Experience in no-code/low-code ecosystems and familiarity with backend logic
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in technical issues
