Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (Creator Economy).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of creators, providing technical partnership and support
  • Troubleshoot complex platform configurations and guide customers through technical implementation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and improve technical workflows


Required Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions, or SaaS implementation roles
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation logic
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and support customers through platform configuration
  • Experience in no-code/low-code ecosystems and familiarity with backend logic
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in technical issues
