Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of creators, providing technical partnership and support

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance platform reliability and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions, or SaaS implementation roles
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation logic
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and support platform configuration
- Structured and analytical mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity
- Experience in no-code/low-code ecosystems is a plus
