Job Summary

As a Principal Customer Success Manager with a technical focus, the full-time remote position will build strong relationships with high-value accounts, leveraging product knowledge to maximize customer value, drive engagement, and identify upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure progress on service engagements
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to assess needs, drive retention, and align on growth strategies
  • Monitor customer usage trends to identify risks and opportunities for increased adoption of solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or related fields, with experience in technical solutions
  • Proven experience in identifying upsell opportunities and driving growth within customer accounts
  • Strong technical acumen for delivering product demos and consulting on configurations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centric engagement and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
