Job Summary
Combining strong customer-facing skills with hands-on expertise in AI technologies, the full-time remote Technical Customer Success Manager will lead customer onboarding, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions while collaborating with service leaders and engineering stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation of AI solutions
- Integrate CRM and service management platforms with Neuron7 products
- Define and measure ROI, business outcomes, and adoption KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS implementations
- Proven experience with enterprise SaaS products, preferably in AI or service management
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and NLP technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management
- Experience managing enterprise software implementations and cross-functional programs
