Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Technical + CS Enablement Manager, this full-time remote position will manage onboarding and development programs for post-sales and technical teams, focusing on enhancing customer success and technical functions.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with Customer Success teams to identify strengths and gaps, translating insights into targeted enablement plans
- Build and maintain onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and certifications
- Design and deliver ongoing enablement focused on renewals, product knowledge, and customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, sales, or technical training
- Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments
- Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across all organizational levels
- Proven program management and coaching skills
- Ability to connect technical depth with customer-facing impact to drive adoption and growth
