Job Summary
Owning the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts, the full-time remote Technical Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption and success with Honeycomb's observability tools while developing and scaling customer lifecycle events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post-sales relationships and drive value with technical sponsors
- Develop and automate customer lifecycle events, including onboarding and user engagement
- Create high-quality reusable content such as trainings and demos while representing customer needs in internal meetings
Required qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry, preferably in Developer Tools
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Deep process orientation and experience in establishing and documenting new processes
- Working knowledge of the Enterprise software subscription lifecycle and associated processes
