Job Summary
Owning the customer experience from demo to value realization, the full-time remote Technical Customer Success Manager will manage demos, onboarding, and early customer success while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive deal progression and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end demos for Arbi, Athena, and Aurora, aligning strategies with buyer pain points and success criteria
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to early adoption
- Monitor customer usage and health signals to identify risks and opportunities for expansion
Required qualifications
- 3-8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in driving pre-sales technical workflows, including demos and POCs
- Strong implementation skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot SaaS products in real-world environments
- Experience with integrating SaaS tools using APIs, webhooks, and similar technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
