Job Summary

To ensure client satisfaction and success, the fully remote Technical Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on IT services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and success
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business objectives and technical requirements
  • Monitor client usage of services and provide training and product demonstrations to enhance their experience
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
