Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service by engaging directly with customers
  • Act as an advocate for customers by addressing concerns and suggesting improvements
  • Assist with troubleshooting and communication during product launches and across various support channels
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer success
  • 2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/mesh networking platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with firewall configurations and commonly enabled features of modems/routers
  • 1+ year providing technical support for mobile devices and platforms
