Job Summary

Proactively supporting users, the full-time Technical Customer Support Contractor will resolve inquiries related to wallet functionality, payment systems, and backend services while working remotely for a duration of six months.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to users via email and other channels, troubleshooting issues related to wallet functionality and transactions
  • Monitor system behavior and assist in incident response, including user communication and resolution tracking
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or operations in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, transactions, or distributed systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to support Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Basic understanding of system architecture and familiarity with monitoring or analytics tools
