Job Summary

Seeking temporary Technical Customer Support Agents, the full-time remote role will deliver general customer support and basic Tier 1 technical assistance to a diverse user base, requiring flexibility in hours and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide non-technical and technical customer support through various channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Log incidents and service requests into the ticket-tracking system, documenting details and troubleshooting steps
  • Resolve incidents or service requests immediately or escalate to appropriate support staff as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Proficient experience using Windows 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient experience using and configuring web browsers and managing browser plug-ins
  • Ability to pass employment background check and drug screening
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education preferred
  • 1+ year of prior Call Center/Help Desk experience preferred
