Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier one support to end-users through various channels
  • Analyze and triage tier two issues to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address user-reported issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing product support or similar role
  • Passion for helping others and creating a stress-free environment
  • Ability to work occasional night shifts
  • Previous experience with specific platforms preferred
