Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technical Customer Support Associate (Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 12:00AM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide live and non-live support for various digital solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues related to system requirements
  • Document customer interactions accurately using a ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite; understanding of Apple operating systems preferred
  • Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices
  • Technical degree or certification(s) is preferred
  • Technical support experience is a plus
