Job Summary
To support a growing customer service team, the full-time Technical Customer Support Associate will provide detailed assistance to customers via phone and email, working remotely and managing flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Providing prompt and efficient service to customers while engaging directly through various communication channels
- Collaborating with other support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of customer support
- Acting as an advocate for customers by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written
