Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
- Lead hands-on triage during incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support deployments and maintenance activities to ensure platform stability
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in Technical Operations or Tier 2 Technical Customer Support
- Proficiency with SQL queries and Linux/Bash
- Working knowledge of Java or Python (preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or AWS CloudWatch (preferred)
- US Citizenship and fluency in Spanish are required
