Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
  • Lead hands-on triage during incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support deployments and maintenance activities to ensure platform stability


Required Qualifications
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in Technical Operations or Tier 2 Technical Customer Support
  • Proficiency with SQL queries and Linux/Bash
  • Working knowledge of Java or Python (preferred)
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or AWS CloudWatch (preferred)
  • US Citizenship and fluency in Spanish are required
