Job Summary
Technical Customer Support Representative provides full-time remote technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting platform issues and collaborating with teams to ensure effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and work experience
- A minimum of 2 years in SaaS support or software application/installation support
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Occasional travel required for department meetings and company events
