Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets to ensure a seamless user experience
- Diagnose and address technical issues related to the platform, providing user-friendly solutions
- Continuously update support documentation and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Expertise in resolving issues related to APIs, browser errors, and other technical integrations
- Proficiency in using GCP tools and understanding of GoogleSQL/SQL; coding experience in Python and other languages is a plus
- Prior experience in a startup with international, remote teams is highly valued
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
