Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Diagnose and address technical issues related to the platform, providing user-friendly solutions
  • Continuously update support documentation and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
  • Expertise in resolving issues related to APIs, browser errors, and other technical integrations
  • Proficiency in using GCP tools and understanding of GoogleSQL/SQL; coding experience in Python and other languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in a startup with international, remote teams is highly valued
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
